I liked your help first of all. It was great that you were there in a minute if something happened or I had a question. The doctor was very helpful and kind. I liked the flexibility at the clinic.

I’m good thanks and everything’s been great so far. I’m getting dressing off on Friday and looking forward to seeing my new look. Actually, I loved your services and I would give 10 stars out of 10. I am really enjoying the whole process with this clinic even sometimes I felt like Kinda of doubt the surgery but just need to be patient for the result. 

Firstly I was really pleased with the service that Klara provided. Not only was she really helpful, spoke and wrote excellent English but also went out of her way to arrange my transport and hotel bookings etc.

I’m back home all ok now, it was all easy to do with your help so I wouldn’t change anything about the service.

Hana, it’s been great speaking with you, you have been incredibly helpful throughout and I have appreciated all you have done. As for the clinic the nurses and the surgeon and overall experience it has been great and although my nose is still very swollen I am already 100% happy with how it looks and it will only get better. GREAT experience!

Hope all is well in Prague  I am recovering pretty fast, the bruises are gone, just a little puffiness left, thought I would leave feedback now as I can see a bit better:
I was very satisfied with Medical Travels assistance throughout the whole process of making initial contact, choosing the right surgeon for my operation, setting up the date and during my stay in Prague. 
Dr Vašek performed a perfectly neat operation (face and neck lift + blepharoplasty) and his staff were very attentive during the 2 following days post op.
Marie, my contact, did an excellent job, which exceeded what could be expected. The communication was prompt and straight forward. After being discharged from the clinic I stayed a few days alone in the hotel and Marie was very helpful, she came to visit me several times and was checking up on me regularly on the phone, that made me feel safe. 
Overall the whole experience was smooth and easy, put aside the recovery, which is the least pleasant part and takes its time.

All is going well thus far post Lipo.

I just want to say thank you so much for all the help and support given by Medical travel.  I was given the top 3 clinics along with the procedure and prices. To be very frank I was reluctant to go abroad for my facelift but Medical travel team Marie, the international patient coordinator answered to my emails promptly and helped me throughout my journey, flying from London to Prague, picking from airport dropping me to my hotel. As my consultation and surgery for the face, neck lift + blepharoplasty and browlift were scheduled,  Marie picked me from the hotel and did not leave me until the consultation and admission done.  

I would like to say I enjoyed my time in Prague. I am feeling well and happy with what I see just now can’t wait till I fully heal. I would like to say that I would recommend u to anyone of my friends. Everyone was very pleasant and I felt well looked after and will definitely be back.
