Arrived home safe and sound. Loved your city and was out enjoying all the sights four days after surgery, looking a bit of a sight but no-one took much notice. I was going to write and thank you for your help in arranging everything for me. I don’t think there is much more you could do for your clients. 

I am extremely happy with your friendly and professional service,  everything go with plan and great atmosphere, it was no hidden costs or anything skipped,  all exactly with our agreement. Trip to Prague & surgery it was really pleasure, and easy to do on my own, because it  was perfect organised by Jessica.

I have had a fantastic experience using MedicalTravelCzech. Marie answered all of my questions and made all the arrangements. On the day she took me from my hotel to the clinic and was with me until the operation. The staff were friendly and after care is brilliant. With such a beautiful city to explore I would highly recommend coming here to anyone.

We both thought the whole process was very good. Jessica sorted all out arrangements at the clinic and also from the airport she is a very professional kind lady. The clinic for very clean and all staff very welcoming. and although my wife had a small problem with the surgery we new in advance they were certain risks. Well i was very pleased with your help and also pleased with the clinic staff and the doctor. The only thing is it is important to have a fridge in the hotel for the ice packs,i did not have one. You were great and i would like info for my wife regarding face lift.

Thanks for the rhino info, obviously I want to recover more from this current op then I’ll decide.  If all heals well I would definitely return to Prague, hopefully in the Spring.  

I would like to say a huge thank you to Medical travel. Especially to my coordinator Hana Kawakami. I have to say that I was a bit doubting because it was abroad but Hana really reassured me with my doubts and everytime I had questions she would answered me really promptly. The surgery went smoothly everyone was great and I know if I have to get another surgery in the future I know who to contact. Amazing people and I’m really satisfied with my results. Everyone took really great care of me and were really helpful.

Hana we got back to clinic for 11am. The op was completed by 12.30. We have spent the afternoon resting. I look like I have done 10 rounds in a boxing arena. No regrets, looking forward to seeing the end results. A big thank you to you, for your support. 

My experience with Medical Travel Czech was amazing. I loved how the coordinators are there to answer any questions you may have or assist you in every way. The entire experience from the time I landed in Praque all the way until I left. The nurses at the clinic were stellar. They take great care of you post surgery. I am back home now. I have nothing but good things to say, not only about you but also my experience that you helped me coordinate. Getting a procedure done in another country is a scary experience but you made me feel comfortable with it before I even arrived. In addition, it was great to have help planning where I was going to stay, things to do, and to have someone coordinate my medical care and appointments so when I arrived it was stress free. When I did finally arrive you were easily accessible for me, and helped me with directions, transportation, translating and tourist advise. All of these things contributed to my great experience. While I had never met you in person, it was nice to be familiar with someone before arriving. The medical care was great and I have no complaints about how it went. Overall, I cannot think of any negative feedback to provide. My experience with you and Medical Travel was great! 

I am back home now and recovering well, thank you. The procedure was quite an experience!!! However, everything went well, and I am thrilled, so far, with the results. I have to say that Dr. Lucak was magnificent, although he did not speak good English, I think he could understand what I was saying and I was very pleased with him. He was an absolute gentleman and a wonderful surgeon. I would have no hesitation returning to him if and when I require further plastic surgery, also, I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent surgeon.

Thank you for asking. I’m doing well and I’m hungry now after the procedure. The procedure went well i think, but I am a bit swollen and bruised at the moment. It will take a little while to heal. I intend to recommend the clinic to some friends and family

I have just returned from medical travel in Prague which i arranged through medicaltravel czech. I would like to say a big thank you for the services you provided. My medical coordinator,  Klara Pobudova, was excellent and made the whole process easier for me from start to finish. She helped with initial advice and arranging the surgery at Forme clinic  in the first instance, was always available to answer any questions I had, and always returned my answers promptly. She was knowledgable about Prague and gave me plenty of  information EVEN  before I travelled. This helped to reassure me prior to the surgery dates. Taxis were arranged for me to be picked up at airport, which was very  welcome, as i travelled alone and arrived late. This is  a very important part of the service for clients travelling alone.  Klara met me the morning of surgery, accompanied me to the Forme clinic and was a great help and support. This too was an  important part of the service as most people are very anxious immediately prior to surgery. Klara was always available to me via her phone post surgery,   and dealt efficiently with any issues i had such as  communication with my apartment holder, questions and transportation in and around Prague and the return to airport. This was invaluable help. Above all, Klara was very professional,  but also  friendly and approachable too , so i felt confident about contacting her when i had any issues, which she always managed to successfully resolve.   I would definitely want to have these  excellent services if I return to Prague again for treatment.
