After having lost nearly 9st/55kg, suffering with loose skin and droopy breasts I was looking to have surgery done for over 2 years. 
I could’t be happier with the results of my tummy tuck ans breast argumentation as well as the amazing service I received. 
Guidance from start to finish, perfect advice and support, comfortable and safe stay at the clinic and a remarkably quick recovery. 
And of course all in, the whole thing costed me less than half of the quotes I got in the UK and I got to do both surgeries at once. I would recommend them to anyone looking for brilliant quality and value for money. 

The idea of travelling abroad for treatment was quite scary -going to a country where you don’t speak the language and not having the opportunity to visit the clinic and meet the doctor first was something I could not have done without the help of yourself and medical travel Czech. From our first point of contact you made the whole experience easy. The airport pick up, the clinic transfer and your support throughout the procedure made the whole experience relatively stress free. Due to the severity of my condition I may have to return for further treatment – I will have no hesitation in contacting you and your company later in the year (September/October) to repeat the process. My experience was great from Start to finish. The taxi transfers were straight forward with no problems. The clinic was great staff were excellent and helpful. Dr Benes is a great surgeon that is realistic and doesn’t make promises he can’t keep or do would recommend him 100%. I am looking to come back in 6 months time for more surgery. I was very happy with the service. I liked the pickup from the airport and you were waiting for us at the clinic. The facilities were very clean and modern and I was very happy with my surgeon who spoke excellent English and was very caring throughout the procedure. Everything was very well organized and through all the time I was feeling more comfortable I chose Medical Travel than just come to the clinic on my own. My coordinator was a good companion so I didn’t have to think all the time about the upcoming surgery. The agency has a better idea about the different clinics and surgeons in Prague which is a plus too. I recommend Medical Travel to anyone like me who has no idea what he’s getting into.

Thanks so much for your assistance and support. I really appreciate it and it really did help make the whole process a whole lot easier. All went well with stitches removal. However the nurse really didnt want to do it as she felt uncomfortable. I would advise others to stay in Prague and have their surgeon remove them. Also, as positive feedback id recommend patients find hotels that have fridges or freezers in the room for ice packs.

I cannot say into words how fantastic this company are, 5 Stars and More!  Especially a Lady named Janina who looked after me personally from the first text & Phone call. It was my first time in Prague and Plastic surgery so I was still so lost even after all my research I had done I still was not 100% sure, I don’t think I am the only one to say that ! But as soon as I spoke to Janina she put all of my fears away, even when I arrived at the clinic first time she gave me a big hug, looked after me impeccably and my husband so well as he was so nervous too, she looked after both of us from beginning to end. She is an Angel I’m telling you, a heart of gold.

Thank you for arranging my treatment for cosmetic surgery, your help with finding a clinic and hotels was great, the fact that you arranged transport to and from the airport was a real help. I really appreciate the help of medical czech. You always replied quickly on the emails and also in the night and weekends, which I am normally not used to. Also the pickup at the hotel the day of the surgery was very nice. You had a calm vibe and that really helped me because I was extremely nervous about the surgery. Also that you stayed there the whole morning with me and helped with translation. I think I definitely would have not been able to go to the different building myself and get the pre researches done because they barley spoke English or German there. So I’m really happy having done it via medical czech and not directly via a clinic. Honestly I don’t really have anything negative to say.. It was awesome and just keep doing how you do.

Thank you for an absolutely great trip and experience. Richard was great from the get go. Very good customer service from the moment I came in contact with him. The clinic was very clean and the surgeon was perfect. Lucie my nurse was wonderful. Was there whenever I needed her and she was so nice. Best nurse I’ve ever had.Everything about this was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. Made my experience in Prague incredible and will be using this route again in the near future.

From the moment I contacted Medical Travel Czech Republic I felt I was in safe hands. The client representative was warm, friendly and very helpful, always quick to reply to my queries. Upon arrival, I was picked up from the airport with a taxi booked by my client representative. I really want to say thousands thanks to Helena and to the entire team . She was very proffesional and replied  very quickly to all my emails.  I’m glad I met her in Prague, Martina was my first face2face contact in Prague for the initial consultation and than Helena when I went for the surgery. 

I have left the clinic around 10.30 yesterday. My experience was quite positive. The medical team was so friendly! When I hit the wall of pain they didn’t spare their drugs on me. I am trying to get as much rest as possible before going back. I don’t look or feel my best at the moment but I truly believe it will be all worth it at the end…
