From booking I felt you were amazing, you filled me with confidence around the site being legit (one of my main fears due to scams). 

Ok, so this feedback is not about the surgery itself nor the facility, but about the communication and organization done by medical travel to get my procedure done. 

Just to say I was very happy with all aspects of the procedure. From the arrangements to get everything booked in such a short time to all the help provided by yourself whenever I needed a question answering or a problem solving. The facilities were spotless and the staff friendly and well trained thank you so much for everything Stephen.

It is three weeks now since I had my neck/face and eye lift, and although it will be months until it’s completely healed and the swelling has gone down, I‘m delighted with the results already.  I cannot recommend Medical Travel Czech enough. Petra my contact was always close at hand during the planning of my trip from the uk to Prague, answer all my questions and resolving any concerns.  Everything couldn’t of gone more smoothly, from the picking up from the airport to my returning to the uk. Thank you Petra for all your help and guidance.

I had the best experience with Medical Travel they helped me pick the doctor with the best price and scheduled the appointment. They gave me all the information I needed to travel to Czechia, and prepare for surgery, they helped me find a hotel and arranged for taxi pickup to and from the clinic. 

Thank you so much for all your help and your gift, I am indeed grateful. I got something small for you as well but was going to give you on my last visit to the clinic. I would still love for you to have it. Can I get your postal address or send it to the clinic? I’ll wait a bit before trying again. I also wanted to ask if we would have a suitable egg donor and I also saw something on the website about embryo adoption.

Thank you for your email, it was good to hear from you.I am back in the Uk and mending slowly….I am pleased to say that so far I am pleased with the results, but understand it will take a few months to properly heal. I was very lucky to get you as my co ordinator from Medical Travel, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle all the communications that took place… You never let me down, answered all my questions and to be honest , if it wasn’t for you being so supportive , I don’t know if I would have achieved what I set out to achieve..I cannot recommend you personally enough, you are brilliant … Obviously we had a difficult journey with COVID, and my blood pressure being so high, which prevented the first date for surgery going ahead… I also think that people should have a clearer understanding of the medical tests pre surgery and to really check that everything is ok before travel.. A private check up if you like that checks the important things that could prevent surgery from taking place… I hope this helps, keep up the good work, You do an amazing job… Thank you.

I used Medical Travel when I went to Prague for cosmetic surgery, I was put in touch with Helena Sivakova who was brilliant from start to finish everything she organised for my trip went like clockwork, I couldn’t recommend Medical Travel or Helena highly enough.

 I do feel great during the whole process, our early communication went well and I think we did understand each other, especially for what I want, I feel I was heard and respected, thank you so much. You did everything I need and require, I think what you and your company offered is reliable.
For the procedure, the clinic is nice and caring. They speak fluent English and being friendly. I didn’t suffer too much after the surgery, it was better than I thought before. When I came home, I did not feel good at the first two weeks, after the two weeks my life became normal (except no sports), I am satisfied with the size and shape right now, and the scars surprisingly healed well(they are just small pink lines). Anyway I can say it is a pleasant journey( it is much better than I thought before I did it), happy to see you, thank you.

I feel as a coordinator you supported me throughout the whole process. The amount of emails I sent back and forth when I was changing my mind when I wanted surgery last year and all the correspondence we had since I booked surgery.
You was always very accommodating even though I was probably driving you crazy! I had asked so many questions to be fully prepared for coming out to Prague & you answered them all. You helped with transfers, hotel everything and everything went really well.
The pre-op was quick & easy, you made sure you had met me & my friend, talked through everything.

I was very satisfied with my experience and already told many of my friends about it. It was wonderful to have Petra Vlková to be my coordinator. Everything went smoothly.
