First I must say thank you for first class service. The procedure went well however face is swollen to be expected. I’m happy with outcome of the treatment in my stay at clinic. The credit should be to you for all the effort you’ve put in to make transaction smoothly and efficiently. The clinic will order me the transport to airport. Can you please arrange for me to have dental treatment. I’m happy to come for one day for appointment and then I will come back for the treatment. Whichever ever is convenient for me. Medical Travel is a great organisation. The organiser was very polite and helpful. The clinic staff were amazing. According to the Dr. my surgery was success-full, as far as  I am concerned as of today it’s only the second week the swelling is going down recovering is good, but about the desired results it’s too early to say much right now, however, I am hoping that the final result will reach the wished goal. 

My entire stay in Prague was incredible. No complaints whatsoever. The transfer to the clinic from the airport was very swift. The staff at Premier Clinic were kind, attentive and supportive. I felt welcomed and did not feel coerced into anything. The procedure was explained thoroughly and I really felt like a valued tourist! 

I recommend using medical travel for anyone who wishes to have cosmetic surgery in Prague. From the very first point of contact, i was responded to quickly with care and competence.

Would just like to provide some positive feedback regarding my recent upper eyelid surgery. The surgery itself was fast and professional, taking 30mins All staff at the clinic were very friendly and made me feel at total ease, from the receptionist to the Nurse’s nothing felt awkward or uneasy especially as I travelled from Scotland. Dr Vasek was exceptional almost like your nice Ex-HeadMaster, my co-ordinator Svetlana was fab, she even came into consultation with me putting me at even more ease, a little language barrier but Hey Ho. 

I want to express how thankful I am to you and all of your team. My stay in Prague was perfect. I am satisfied with the services. The examination before the surgery, the consultation was good. Everything goes smoothly and perfect. I had no pain and they take care of me through the whole process. It was a nice experience for me. 

Hana, with yourself, it was so much easier. You have been brilliant and the clinic. I think I picked the best Surgeon, so I’m over the moon with that and you will be seeing me again in the near future. 

Everything is perfect. The swelling is slowly going down, I am still wearing the garment, but I think I can wear it only night time after 2 weeks?  The bruises are practically gone, so in the end this is a treatment with very few discomfort or side effects.

All is good thank you.  I go back on Monday and believe the hotel can arrange taxis. Thank you, I am very happy with the outcome so far.

I couldn’t of done the surgery without medical travel. Svetlana my coordinator planned and booked everything for me. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Svetlana was there for me for the whole journey. I was also met by Svetlana at the clinic where I revived my surgery which was amazing having Svetlana there made me more at ease as I was alone and she was right there with me till I was ready for surgery and I can’t thank her enough for that it made my experience so much easier having someone there with me for support. She helped me with all the paperwork I had to sign if I didn’t understand anything she would help. She was amazing. Even after the surgery I’m getting emails to ensure I’m ok and everything went well which really shows they care! Thank you so much to Medical Travel for everything you have done I can’t recommend you enough! Also a huge thank you to Svetlana that couldn’t have done anymore for me you are amazing! Thank you!

8 weeks now.  Very impressive, I can wear a t-shirt in confidence, no man boobs. Also my tummy tuck is very impressive, lots of excess skin removed.

Yes I am back home and I am doing pretty well! At the moment I’m just trying to recover and take my medications. As far as the service goes, it was perfect!
