I cant recommend medical travel Czech and iscare enough. Medical travels Jana held my hand through the whole experience. The surgery I had was first class id go back in an heart beat. I’m so glad I chose to go the Prague to have my tummy tuck instead of the uk.

I was thoroughly satisfied with both the clinic and the representation that was afforded to me upon my visit. The minute I arrived I was accommodated professionly and the treatment I recieved was excellent from the doctor to the nurses. The clinic itself was superb and the staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in. To anyone who is skeptical of recieving treatment in prague or indeed this particular clinic then I can assure you it is beyond reproach and it is worth it. The entire process went smoothly.  On the day of my procedure, I was picked up in a taxi and taken to the clinic where my upper and lower eyelid surgery was going to take place.  The clinic was just what one would expect.  The reception and waiting area was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere.  I had a consultation with the doctor who performed the surgery and a little later on I was taken to the operating room.

I had a very good experience with Medical Travel Czech, you always took the time to reply to my emails within 1 or 2 days and even to call me to make sure I knew what to expect and that I would be very well prepare for the surgery. Also, I did really appreciate the fact that you send me few links of hotel where I could stay not far from the clinic. Everyone was really nice and friendly from you to the doctor and the nurses so I felt in a trustworthy and safe environment.

My experience with Medical Travel Czech Republic was nothing but AMAZING. I would personally like to thank Richard Kvech for helping me throughout the whole process! He has answered ALL my questions from beginning till the end. And has always been flexible to my wishes! I loved the fact that I can write an email anytime and I would get a quick reply. This made me trust Medical Travels even more, which is very important for clients traveling to a different country to undergo a surgery.

I am very pleased with my results and the treatment I was given. Your support was fantastic throughout, from first enquiry to now. Everything I asked was answered very quickly and the constant assurance was fantastic. Knowing everything was organised and sorted with the help of you was great. I was very nervous about going abroad but there really is nothing to worry about and comparing my story with my sisters (who had surgery in the UK), it seems I had the better experience.

My overall experience with Medical Travel was great. My emails were answered in a prompt and friendly manner. While i did feel apprehensive about travelling abroad, i liked the fact that i would have someone there to meet us at airport, bring us to clinic and help in any other way while we were there. I was meant to have surgery on a Monday and fly home on Friday however it was changed to Tuesday. I think the extra days rest would of been better. I was extremely satisfied with the staff from pick up at the airport to the consultations with the doctors and followed by the nurses. It made my stay here at the clinic comfortable. Erika was fantastic you have a valuable member of staff there. She was professional, informative & kind. She made me feel that no question was too much trouble for her to answer. Also she helped me back from the clinic after my surgery which she didn’t have to.

From the moment we were introduced on the Wednesday morning the service and manner from the staff was excellent. The pre-op services provided by the local women’s clinic was fast and professional. On returning to the Brandeis Clinic I was made to feel very relaxed both by the excellent Dr Payer and the anaesthetist. Their manner and professionalism made me feel at ease. I was taken to my room from where the nurses again helped me to relax and prepare for the upcoming surgery. I was taken through for surgery within half an hour and the whole procedure took around two hours with a further hour for waking up time from the general anaesthetic. There was a full and professional care service provided by the nurses throughout the night ensuring that on medication was available whenever I needed it. The next morning I awoke to slight pain but that was soon remedied by the pain medication. Dr Payer carried out his rounds and was very happy with the procedure and I was, and am very pleased with the final result. I was able to leave the clinic by 10am on the Thursday so the whole process took around 24 hours. I am very happy with the service and procedures undertaken by the Brandeis clinic and its staff and would recommend their services to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery in the future.

I was looking at plastic surgery clinics to get some work done in Czech.  I wasn’t which sure what direction to take so I decided to go through Medical Travel.  Very soon after I emailed Medical Travel, Martina Krucka emailed me back.  She asked what I was looking to get done.  I told her and sent her pictures of my problem areas and she contacted clinics on my behalf.  The clinics responded to my requests through Martina and Martina passed the prices back to me.  I picked the Brandeis clinic.  Martina worked with me setting up a date for the procedures.  She was my go to woman anytime I had questions.  I appreciate all the help that she gave me!  On the day of the surgery she picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Brandeis clinic.  She stayed with me until it was time for the surgery.  Her English is great so I had someone to talk to while I waited.

I am very well thank you and my ears are healing really well and my stitches have been removed.

I am absolutely delighted with my eye’s and so is Steve.  For the first time in my life I have eyelids that I can put eye shadow on and it can be seen. Within in two weeks we are nearly back to normal. Just a little bit of numbness on the top lids and in the corners. I’m getting lots of comments from people saying you look different, what have you done! my secret.
