We wanted to thank our coordinator, Slavomira, our treating doctor Dr. Bartošová, the embryologists, all the nurses and staff at Gynem for everything you did to help us realise our dream of having a baby. We both appreciate all the professionalism and care we received at the clinic. It took us many tries to finally get (and stay) pregnant, but everyone was so patient and kind, which meant so much to us. When we are ready, we hope to see you again to try for a sibling. 🙂 

My husband and I have been waiting for this news for 5 years and it happened in Gynem. We had looked into two other clinics before, but results were not positive. We are lucky to come across Gynem. First we were consulted online and then for treatment we visited Prague. The doctor and coordinator – Hana were very professional, helpful and happy to answer our questions. They were clear with us about price (packages) and treatments.  

In terms of an assessment of how I found Gynem and the service I can confirm the following:

Gynem is a very nice and modern clinic, where we felt comfortable from the very first moment. All the personnel is very friendly, we had luck to have Nada as our coordinator. She was always very attentive and patient, answered all out questions and provided all necessary details. Communication per e-mail as well as in the clinic was in a very professional way. Of course, a special ‘Thank you’ for the doctors, who took time to understand possible reasons and select the best ways for the treatment.

I am so thankful and happy about the services from you and Gynem, you were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in working with me.  I am excited this will work. I returned to my AirBnb home this evening, my host, who owns my room, has 4 children and knows your clinic very well. She says everyone around here knows your clinic and there are many many babies who are born from your clinic.  She had many great things to say. I look forward to telling my Fertility clinic in the U.S. about you very much. 

My experience with Gynem has been a very positive one. Our satisfaction comes from many factors: the coordinator has always been helpful, prompt, very responsive to all of our needs, curiosities and queries; the clinic is very professional and their results are indeed more successful than the average and we have always felt encouraged and aided through our journey. Prices are affordable and services impeccable. We will collaborate with Gynem again.

Just letting you all know, I had a little girl on the 20th December by c section. She is amazing. Thank you so much you made all our dreams come true. She is a miracle. We love her so much. Xx

I am keeping well, thank you. I am 20 weeks pregnant this week, halfway through. We have been told we having a girl. Our experience with you was absolutely brilliant. Every question I had you answered fully, confidently and there was no long waiting for an answer. You made me feel so relaxed and confident in you at this challenging times for us. You helped me to sort out my hotels and transfers from airport and to the clinic that was a great wait off my mind. You went above and beyond. I am very happy about my experience with a Gynem Clinic as everything went smoothly and they fitted me in as and when I needed. Every procedure been explained to me fully and all the staff members were very nice and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic and use them again.

My husband and I decided to try Gynem after two failed IVF attempts in the UK. We had a very good experience and our coordinator was extremely helpful. The trip to Prag was well organised and I felt in good hands at all times. Now I am 13 weeks pregnant and this would not be possible without this clinic. I am greatful and happy that we choose you guys!

Covid delayed the process but we got there eventually. Janina, you have been our contact point throughout the whole process and for us you have been the face for Gynem and I cannot thank you enough for your support, communication and speedy response to all our queries. There were times where I had made contact with you outside your working hrs and you have always responded to me- that to us is exceptional and you have gone above and beyond in looking after us. The process for the IVF has been detailed and thorough, from Dr, embryologist and from all other members of staff. Hi Hana, thank you for your email. We are very well! Our son was born in June with a cesarean section. I requested it to avoid any complications. He’s a beautiful, big, healthy, happy baby. My maternity leave lasts for a year so I can enjoy every minute with him. My husband had 6 weeks paternity leave so we could manage the early days together, much easier. The baby has got colic and we hope he grows it out soon. My parents live nearby, they visit us every weekend. He started to grab things, kicking fast and testing his voice. I take him to baby swimming to introduce him to the water. He’s getting used to it. He’s lifting his head in my arms but he refuses the tummy time. It’s something we have to practice. Hope you are doing well!

We are delighted to tell you the great news, I gave birth on the 19th of January 2023. 

I am thrilled to update you that both babies continue to do fantastic, both are wiggling and getting into arguments already about who gets what spot.  They are beautiful little babies already with strong heartbeats and measuring 3 days ahead! Looking forward to meeting them this summer thank you so much for everything.

 Our coordinator Hana was exceptional. She held my hand every step of the way giving me updates and important information, coordinating my travel and accommodation in Prague, and providing emotional support. She was an angel. I could not have asked for anything more.  After a number of heartbreaking miscarriages over 40 and fearing time was running out to start our family. Myself and my husband chose Gynem to help us. We chose the Donor Egg Comfort package. Gynem was so caring and invested in us and really made us feel supported. The process was so quick, and on our second transfer we were successful. We are now pregnant and couldn’t be happier!
