Just a short review of my experience of gynem clinic ..I have recently been to the clinic regarding ivf ..I was a very nervous and anxious about contacting and arranging appointment ..jania was my coordinator she made us very welcome and relaxed about the whole thing ..and was also fantastic english speaking ..from chauffeur pick ups from airport to test appointments and help and advise..janina was always there wen needed ..she took all anxiety about traveling abroad and arranging things ..out of my hands and arrange everything…. fantastic clinic ..also everyone at the clinic was all very friendly and helpfullI will be definitely be going back there in near future as I will not go anywhere else as I have not one bad experience of my whole process..

Wanted to say thank you for your help and support throughout our IVF pregnancy. We found Gynem very competitively priced and easy to deal with. We would have absolutely no issues with recommending your clinics services to anyone. With regards to the help, understanding and the professionalism of Janina, our coordinator, she explained everything needed and was very prompt and patient with any questions we had along the way. I cannot thank her enough.

I picked Gynem initially as I found the website really easy to understand and easier to navigate than others I had researched. Once I placed the initial interest email I was contacted super quickly to acknowledge my contact, I liked that it was a friendly informative email/call and not pushy at all. My coordinator left it for me to contact back and explained she was there for me whenever I was ready.
All communication was very quick and I felt like my coordinator would go above and beyond to help me. An added stress was covid and the clinic were also learning how to deal with this as things were constantly changing for international clients. My coordinator organised all my contact with the hygiene office and helped me arrange tests even offering on her day off to help me with taxis. Such a relief.
The clinic was very personal even though I was an international client. It seemed the doctor knew all my details without having to read about me or ask and she remembered my Skype call from weeks before. Really nice doctor who could put you at ease.
The experience was a good one no matter the outcome. I feel Gynem did everything they could for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Gynem enough! No waiting list so my treatment could straight in next month after my visit.
The staff was always kind and helpful. Barbora was truly an angel, absolutely amazing.

We highly recommend Gynem to everybody looking into fertility treatment. They provide a very professional service and make everyone feel very welcome. The facilities are state of the art, quiet and super clean. The team is very friendly and professional. The doctors speak different languages, e.g. Dr. Vlcek is fluent in German and English.

The pregnancy test was positive. And the doctor could see the heart of the baby. I still can’t believe I could become pregnant. I really appreciate your support and the support of the whole Gynem staff. Hopefully I can keep the baby. We would like to keep frozen the embryo left.

Thank am you so much for your continued care and attention with us. It really is appreciated and makes us fell look after even though we are not in treatment with you. I’m am currently going through the 2 week waiting period after having had my embryo transfer on the 28th of this month so currently I am keeping all my fingers crossed for a positive pregnancy test result in a few days. We will definitely reach out to you if the results are not what we so much want. Once again, thank you for everything. As a Muslim it was a very difficult decision to go for an IVF. But with lots of courage and support of my husband we decide to go for an IVF.  Going through multiple IVF clinic, I have just randomly start chatting with Gynem Clinic. At the time of chatting I did not even think that I will go for it. But the way our coordinator Klara has started conversing with me, this gave me confidence at least for going that much far to Prague from London and check what the clinic has to offer me.  

We were taken care of from the very first online consultation. The team were very professional and our coordinator looked after us every step of the way ensuring we were kept informed throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service as well as our amazing result, the birth of our beautiful baby girl in June 2021. We would recommend to anyone. We are an Asian (40s)/European (60s) couple, who had gone through all possible fertility treatment in Japan for about 3 years with successful fertilized egg cells, which were usually implanted 3 days after fertilization, unfortunately without a resulting pregnancy. The emotional, physical and financial toll was mounting, when my partner convinced me to try a donated egg, which is not possible in Japan. With links to Munich/Germany and Honolulu/USA, we checked various possibilities and were stricken by the friendliness, helpfulness, success rate and price point of Gynem in Prague, not too far from Munich.

I have been to 3 other clinics before finding Gynem in Prague. All had ended in failure and disappointment and a lot of expense.  My experience with Gynem was totally different from initial contact with Hana to arranging a Skype call with the doctor. I felt like all my medical needs where met. For the same treatments at different clinics also cost so much more and unnecessary medications and treatments I didn’t need. Hana made the whole process so easy. With Covid 19 I was very nervous about travelling by myself, but Hana booked my hotel stay and had a lovely guy Richard pick me up from the airport. Prague is a beautiful place, I felt very safe, it’s also a lot cheaper for food and hotel stays than other countries. I was made very welcome. I had my embryo transfer on the 19th of April and after my 2 weeks quarantine wait I got a big positive test. I had a wee scan at 7 weeks and all is going well with a strong heart beat. I can’t thank everyone at Gynem enough for making my dreams come true. Anyone thinking  about Gynem don’t, just do it. It’s a lovely clean family run clinic the staff are all really friendly and I will hopefully have my long awaited baby in the New Year all thanks to them. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone that is wanting to do IVF. Prague will always have a special place in my heart.
