Comparing the prices around europe, you wont believe that you would enter a big, advanced, scientific clinic and a friendly environment as well. A kind coordinator accompanies you throughout the procedure and gives you all necessary information. Without any hesitate I can say GYNEM fertility clinic is much more of what you expect.

From the very start I found yourself very helpful & informative even though I asked a million of the same questions all the time you still responded.  And the fact that you were on holiday & still responded made us feel important and that we weren’t just another number! 

We are so so happy to share with you our happiest news ever! – what we are waiting for so long – that I am pregnant! Yes! And this is confirmed! First we did our house test on Friday morning, which has already gave a positive result! Than every morning till today, which showed the sign of the HCG hormon! Tuesday morning I went to see my gynecologist who also confirmed my miracle! First the ultrasound showed the gestational sac and the thick endometrial. The embryo took a perfect place to implant! It was so wonderful to see on the screen! Later I got my blood test result which gave 2297mlU/ml! Woow! My doctor said it is nice high, so I asked maybe am I having twins! He said no…. but maybe?

Hope you are doing well. I just want to say thank you for all your effort to assist during my IVF treatment in Prague. I want thank the whole team of Gynem that have given me so much care while I’m there specially to my Dr Mrazek and to my embryologist.

I am very happy with the treatment I received from Gynem. It was extremely useful to have regular contact with my coordinator both by email and whatsapp. This made a stressful and unfamiliar process much easier. In addition to my feedback below, I also would like to add that I think acceptance criteria for donors should be that they are non-smokers as smoking can have a negative impact on reproductive and egg health.

I was very happy with Gynem and would recommend it to friends. The whole process went very smoothly despite some complications on my end. I really enjoyed having you as a coordinator and felt like I was in good hands!

Me and my wife did IVF treatment for the first time and had no prior experience with IVF or pregnancy, but our coordinator (Janina), doctors, embryologist, nurses, receptionist – they all provided us with great useful information at each step and made us comfortable throughout the entire process.
We did an absolutely free pre-consulting Skype session with their doctor who explained to us the entire process and answered all our doubts and questions. This made our decision to go with Gynem very easy and already put us at comfort.
At our first visit to Prague, we were provided with a free taxi pickup from the airport. And when we arrived at the clinic for the first time, we were greeted by our coordinator Janina with a smile.

In relation to our experience with the clinic we found the staff extremely helpful with us while we were there. Our coordinator Janina was amazing. We were always well informed daily through e mail during our process and in meeting Janina she made us feel at ease. All the staff had very good English so communicating was very easing. I would highly recommend this clinic. 

My IVF Gynem experience

I really liked the whole experience and especially all your guidance through this process. Your services were very personalized and both me and my husband felt very welcomed and in very good hands through the whole process. I also felt very nice to be able to speak to the embryologist both during and after the transfer and that they were explaining to us in “human” words how things were going.  I have never felt so relaxed during a treatment and I think it was mostly because I felt in very capable hands.  In comparison to my previous treatments I have done in Iceland your facility is 100% better both regarding the human factor but also the outcome , I have never had so many eggs retrieved and fertilized , now I cross my fingers that I will have a positive test.

We really enjoyed everything. Even though is such an emotional and stressful time, you and the staff made things easier of us. We appreciated all the questions that were answered, even the tips how to get around, what tram and subway to get. That was awesome.
