I had a mammoplasty operation done by Dr. Andrea Musilova at BRANDEIS Clinic in December 2016. I have a small frame 5’3, 109 pounds and had 32E breast size . I had chronic back, neck and shoulder pain and I needed to constantly go to physiotherapy and acupuncture. I did my research and with the help of Tereza Krucka I decided to go with Dr. Andrea Musilovva. I wanted to go down from 32E to 32A or a very small 32B and that is what I got without looking flat chested.

I’m feeling really good no actual pain just the odd twinge I’ve gone down 2 cup sizes so I’m happy with that. I want to thank you all for you professionalism throughout and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease during my stay at the clinic… I am already considering coming back for another procedure. Please could you pass on my gratitude to Dr Samudovsky and tell him I’m over the moon with the work he has done, and I didn’t catch the name of the nurse but could you please extend my thanks to her who attended to me throughout my stay (Mr Douglas and I joked she’s an actual robot as she was around constantly and couldn’t work out when she actually slept!) she did a stellar job and is a lovely attentive woman and apologies for almost being sick on her and lastly thank you for being there at the end of every email providing constant support and advice and making our time in Prague as enjoyable as possible (the advice on the visit to that bar was most appreciated) we wish you well and should I go ahead with another procedure I’ll be in touch. I used Medical Travel Services recently for a cosmetic procedure in Prague. I was very happy with the service they provided, especially my co-ordinator Zita who took care of me during my week in Prague. It is not easy taking the step to go abroad for surgery but everything went very smoothly from the pick-up at the airport, to the introduction to the clinic. The clinic was clean and comfortable and the operating room was as good as any I have seen before. The nursing staff were great as was everyone I met, helpful, courteous that aided to smooth my rattled nerves. I’ll admit I was really apprehensive about the whole thing, sometimes scared silly, but everything went smoothly and I did not feel I was alone because I was able to make contact easily with Zita and the clinic staff should I have needed it. Zita helped me get some food shopping done before the op and after it brought me some anti-histamines when I needed them. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I have been in contact with Alena Toncarová (representative from Travel medical since 1month (March 2017) regarding to my surgery on 3rd may 2017 . Alena is always prompt with all her replies exact & thorough. She always answer to all my pre-Op/post Op questions & Due to her prompt reply, it actually persuaded me to pursue & feels rather comfortable with her professionalism. She accompanied me to the clinic & arranged transportation (back & forth) to/from the airport. It is a great way as I was travelling on my own. Initially, it was for a mini tummy tuck with Dr Musilova from Brandeis who after reading some reviews with her long term of experiences & simply I find her rather trustworthy. I’ve decided to do my eyelid surgery (hooded droopy eye) same time. All went perfectly well. Thank you Travel medicine for assisting me on this journey on my own. Would strongly recommend Travel Medical. 

4 years after my twin pregnancy I was bigger than ever and felt like nothing I was doing made any difference. I decided to start researching vaser lipo to give myself a boost. I went to Birmingham UK for a consultation but was gobsmacked at how much I was quoted. They asked for between 4 – 5 K .

I am well thank you, trying to heal and feel comfortable in this new change in my life. I wanted to say thank you for EVERYTHING you did for me, the all process you made it really easy for me and stress free as far as it can be. I could not change anything as you are really prompt to answer my emails or calls with the many answers I had for you. And last but not least, thank you for assisting my friend there is another one that soon will get in contact with you guys.

It was lovely to meet you finally. Your team were informative and reassured me as I knew I could message you anytime with any questions. I’m healing well it’s been painful I’m not going to lie but so worth it. I feel like a new woman!!! I’m getting about slowly and taking it easy I can’t wait to try on my new clothes. I have recovered very well despite the  very short stay-thanks to you and Dr.Musilova, it has been a great experience. The two days spent in Prague was a very memorable one. What a gorgeous city and such rich culture! I felt that our time was very brief and perhaps in the near future we would love to return for a longer visit to be able to appreciate the country’s diverse culture. I am looking forward to hearing from  Dr.Musilova as well. I must say she’s got the perfect surgeon’s hand.I’m very lucky to have met her and for her to have accepted my request.

I was really happy with the Medical travel Czech service. I did not have worry about anything because Alena was 24h there for me and helped me with any concerns and questions. I need to wait for the final result of my rhinoplasty but so far I am happy with the outcome and I would always suggest my family and friends this amazing service. And I am really thankful for Alena to stay in touch with me over a year because I couldn’t manage to find the right date. She was always nice and responding to my mails. Overall I appreciated it really much that Alena came to the clinic and stayed there with me till all the paperwork was done. The service of medical travel Czech took a lot of pressure of me.

I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the service you provided.  This was my first trip abroad for a procedure and I was understandably anxious about not having it done in England. It was very reassuring to see the gentleman waiting for our arrival at the airport to take us to our accommodation. I felt it was a good indication of the way my visit was being managed by Medical Travel Czech Republic Services. You, Tereza, put me at my ease when you picked me up on the day of my procedure. You were so professional, friendly and helpful, not just to me but also to my son and his wife who had come with me.  Medical Travel Czech Republic Services are very lucky to have you representing them and I would be grateful if you would forward my email to your Manager so that they know how good you are at your job. When it was time to return to England we were picked up in good time for our flight home. We felt very confident that if we had any problems or concerns you would help.  You gave us all your contact number and said that we could use it at any time. We had no need to.

We are both felling a bit battered and bruised from the surgery we had done , but that was to be expected , we are more than happy with the way everything went with the travelling to prague and the correspondents we had via email which made bookin g so much easier . The clinic was spotless and caring and the surgeon was good at explaining what was going to happen  , the one negative would be we were there for 5 days after surgery it would have been good to have a follow up check up so we could see if everything was okay . Obviously from a heeling point of view different people heal quicker we are both still heavily swollen and bruised but getting through. I think if i was to do it again one night away from your own comfortable home is enough being away from home does make the healing a little bit harder . Hopefully now were back home this process will quicken . And we hope the results are good in a few months after all settles back to normal. We would both recommend your service and the clinic we will give other feedback when we see the results shortly . Thanks again Tereza for you kind emails..

It was such an easy process working with all of you at the clinic. Recovery has not been difficult since I left the clinic. I think the only thing I would have changed is that I wish I had more encouragement from the surgeon to test a larger size that is good for my body type. I feel like I could have gone another size up so I may consider a larger size in the future, but I still do like the results. Thank you ! 

Yes all went well with the procedure but I didn’t enjoy being awake for it, I would recommend a general anaesthetic to others. I think being picked up from the airport and you meeting me the next morning really helps take the stress away whenarriving in another country and not knowing where you need to go so definitely keep this up. After the operation you just want to lie down and relax so for me to have to walk through Prague to my hotel especially while my eyes were streaming was frustrating so I think a night in the hospital would be a really good idea. I found the hospital immaculately clean, and all the staff there very professional and friendly. It was very important that I understood the staff at the hospital so the fact that they spoke good English was great. Dr Vasek explained things very thoroughly to me but I wasn’t expecting to be so swollen and bruised as I am so I think this is something that could be explained too so people don’t worry if it happens. So I would definitely recommend your company and the hospital to others. Obviously it’s too early to say how well the procedure has worked but I will keep you posted.  Thank you for all your help and your quick responses to my many emails.
