I cannot say into words how fantastic this company are, 5 Stars and More!  Especially a Lady named Janina who looked after me personally from the first text & Phone call. It was my first time in Prague and Plastic surgery so I was still so lost even after all my research I had done I still was not 100% sure, I don’t think I am the only one to say that ! But as soon as I spoke to Janina she put all of my fears away, even when I arrived at the clinic first time she gave me a big hug, looked after me impeccably and my husband so well as he was so nervous too, she looked after both of us from beginning to end. She is an Angel I’m telling you, a heart of gold.

Thanks so much for your assistance and support. I really appreciate it and it really did help make the whole process a whole lot easier. All went well with stitches removal. However the nurse really didnt want to do it as she felt uncomfortable. I would advise others to stay in Prague and have their surgeon remove them. Also, as positive feedback id recommend patients find hotels that have fridges or freezers in the room for ice packs.

Everything was very well organized and through all the time I was feeling more comfortable I chose Medical Travel than just come to the clinic on my own. My coordinator was a good companion so I didn’t have to think all the time about the upcoming surgery. The agency has a better idea about the different clinics and surgeons in Prague which is a plus too. I recommend Medical Travel to anyone like me who has no idea what he’s getting into.

I was very happy with the service. I liked the pickup from the airport and you were waiting for us at the clinic. The facilities were very clean and modern and I was very happy with my surgeon who spoke excellent English and was very caring throughout the procedure. The idea of travelling abroad for treatment was quite scary -going to a country where you don’t speak the language and not having the opportunity to visit the clinic and meet the doctor first was something I could not have done without the help of yourself and medical travel Czech. From our first point of contact you made the whole experience easy. The airport pick up, the clinic transfer and your support throughout the procedure made the whole experience relatively stress free. Due to the severity of my condition I may have to return for further treatment – I will have no hesitation in contacting you and your company later in the year (September/October) to repeat the process. I am now two weeks post liposuction surgery undertaken at Dr Samudovsky’s clinic, arranged through Richard at Medical Travel Czech Republic.

I was nervous at first, but the staff was very comforting and trustworthy. The Dr. showed me what he was going to do, and he did just that. After the surgery the nurse took care of me the entire night. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and happy with my results. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and safe! When being in a different Country with a language barrier it is hard to adjust, but the staff was awesome and I’d recommend this place to anyone! 

I just came from Prague, and I have to tell that I have enjoyed the whole process from start to finish. Richard was great, he organised everything through email; information about hospital, doctors, procedure and cost. Basically you already know how much you are going to spend and no more extra cost, which is half of the amount you spend here in UK.
