The healing is going very well now and I am very pleased with the result too. I think overall I would rate the experience a 4.5/5 just for the small mixup with the communication on the clinic’s side, I think that could be made better.  Otherwise the staff were great, you were great and the procedures/care was brilliant as well. I’d definitely recommend this for rhinoplasty. Otherwise I have been well, thank you for asking. I hope you’ve been well too.

I cannot fault the service and care provided to me by travel coordinator Hana or the team at Premier Clinic. Everyone was efficient, friendly and professional. Hana was very patient and rearranged my operation with the clinic several times due to COVID. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and really put my mind at rest. She even gave me a choice of surgeons when doing my online consultation.

I had a Tummy Tuck procedure 5 months ago and I am so very pleased with the result and care I received from Medical Travel! From the very first email to the day of my surgery my co-ordinator Caroline Springl was friendly and professional.  She answered my many emails quickly and thoroughly and I was very happy with her service. The nursing team were excellent healthcare professionals who looked after my every need.  Helena was especially friendly and helpful before and after my surgery, she just brightened my day!  My room was modern,  very clean and very comfortable. My surgeon was Dr Vojtech Sandera. He was friendly and very thorough explaining the procedure and the recovery.  He made me feel at ease and after the surgery spent time with me to talk about the operation and make sure I was in no pain, which was minimal. I am very happy with the result of my surgery and plan to return in 2022 for another procedure as my experience with Medical Travel was fantastic and I thank the whole team for making my stay perfect!

I came via Medical Travel Czech for an Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) on the 13th of November. I can’t begin to express how happy I am with both the surgery and the care and commitment I received from my coordinator Caroline. Nothing whatsoever was too much trouble, Caroline explained absolutely everything in a professional compassionate and friendly manner from start to departure. Caroline is an absolute asset to the company. We look forward to returning in February.

The surgery went very well and the recovery was a breeze for me. I am very happy with the results. I appreciate your support and your recommendations as far as the accommodations and for arranging transportation to and from the clinic. I appreciate that you provided options a d allowing me to make a conscious decision: the doctor was super easy to talk with and he made me very comfortable. Yes the experience at the hotel was not the best for us, and with two young children, it was not fun at all to park away from the hotel and walk back. I would not puck that hotel again. Great location but did not work for us with car. The cleanliness: did not work for us. I will not let the hotel experience take anything away from the clinic and the wonderful team there. Thank you for having someone there with me. Great conversation and morale support. I will absolutely recommend your service again.

Great communication from yourself and always helpful, thank you Petra you did a wonderful job! I would highlight to any UK traveller that they consult with their doctor about the removal of any stitches prior to the operation, as we did encounter some trouble in getting our surgery to agree to removing them. They should book this in advance with their UK doctors. I would definitely recommend using the clinic accommodation for such procedures as ours. Getting the taxi back and forth was a pain,  and you are really not up to sight seeing after such an operation.

It’s difficult to know where to start! After five years of wanting surgery, six months of research and numerous email enquiries, I decided to go with Medical Travel Czech. I was appointed a representative, Klara,  who has been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. She recommended the clinic and surgeon based on my requirements and I went with her recommendation. I cannot speak highly enough of the service, duty of care and attention to detail provided by both Klara and the company. If you are looking for cosmetic surgery, this is one of the most important decisions in your lifetime, choose wisely!  I had a tummy tuck, boob reduction and three areas of liposuction in Prague three weeks ago. Hello Helena, In regards to my experience overall, it was very smooth and organised. You were very responsive to any changes I had to make due to Covid. This was especially helpful as my experience was a lot more uncertain in comparison to Raman’s. So I’m glad everything went to plan and I managed to make it home okay. That’s all thanks to you! I’m not sure if there’s anything I would necessarily change, I can’t fault anything! I loved that I felt well taken care of – which was really reassuring and I didn’t feel as nervous in the end. 

I am so pleased with my eyes now! I will always recommend Dr. Bartoskova as a good surgeon. I wish I had done it sooner!

I can’t believe it’s only two weeks ago today that Dr Vasek operated on my eyes… now, having had the stitches out and the swelling/bruising has all gone… it’s wonderful… it was well worth the visit to Prague… and thank you Svetlana for making the whole process from start to finish all so very simple… once again thank you and stay safe.
