Just to say I was very happy with all aspects of the procedure. From the arrangements to get everything booked in such a short time to all the help provided by yourself whenever I needed a question answering or a problem solving. The facilities were spotless and the staff friendly and well trained thank you so much for everything Stephen.

Ok, so this feedback is not about the surgery itself nor the facility, but about the communication and organization done by medical travel to get my procedure done. 

From booking I felt you were amazing, you filled me with confidence around the site being legit (one of my main fears due to scams). 

I used Medical Travel when I went to Prague for cosmetic surgery, I was put in touch with Helena Sivakova who was brilliant from start to finish everything she organised for my trip went like clockwork, I couldn’t recommend Medical Travel or Helena highly enough. 

I was very satisfied with my experience and already told many of my friends about it. It was wonderful to have Petra Vlková to be my coordinator. Everything went smoothly. She was as attentive and responsive as one could possibly be. The procedure was also an exceptional success. Very, very pleased. Just a wonderful experience all around. 

I feel as a coordinator you supported me throughout the whole process. The amount of emails I sent back and forth when I was changing my mind when I wanted surgery last year and all the correspondence we had since I booked surgery.
You was always very accommodating even though I was probably driving you crazy! I had asked so many questions to be fully prepared for coming out to Prague & you answered them all. You helped with transfers, hotel everything and everything went really well.
The pre-op was quick & easy, you made sure you had met me & my friend, talked through everything.

I am very happy about all your help and support. Thanks to you all went easy and smooth. I could count on you all the time during my staying in Prague and any problem I had you were able to sort out straight away. I really appreciate you being so supportive and helpful. I wish everyone a coordinator like you.

 I do feel great during the whole process, our early communication went well and I think we did understand each other, especially for what I want, I feel I was heard and respected, thank you so much. You did everything I need and require, I think what you and your company offered is reliable.
For the procedure, the clinic is nice and caring. They speak fluent English and being friendly. I didn’t suffer too much after the surgery, it was better than I thought before. When I came home, I did not feel good at the first two weeks, after the two weeks my life became normal (except no sports), I am satisfied with the size and shape right now, and the scars surprisingly healed well(they are just small pink lines). Anyway I can say it is a pleasant journey( it is much better than I thought before I did it), happy to see you, thank you.

Klara, I can’t thank you enough. I had a great experience and could not have asked for a better or easier time. I have already recommended Med Travel to one of my friends! She is just waiting to see my final results. I plan to come back and get a breast reduction and lift. I really like Dr. Bayer so I hope to have him do the surgery.  Can you tell me how long I will have to stay in Prague for? I hope to come in November or December. Again, thank you. I just want to start by thanking you so much for making our trip so easy and smooth from start to finish, it was such a laid back and enjoyable experience throughout and probably the most straight forward trip I have ever done which was really unexpected given the current circumstances!! 4 weeks after surgery so I thought I would write my review so here goes! I would like to say a big thank you to Hana for taking me through my breast reduction surgery. My friend recommending Travel Medical after having surgery so I took the plunge and sent an email. Hana emailed me back the next day and thst was it, from start to finish Hana was there for me all the way, from emailing me with all the information and calling me when I asked if she could. The day we flew out to Prague to the day we left Hana was always at the end of the phone for me. On the day of surgery she was there at 0700 and stayed with me until I went up for the surgery. The outcome of my surgery is just amazing and I can’t stop looking at my smaller boobs, l love them! I would highly recommend Medical Travel and Hana and I give them 10/1 .
