Gynem is a very nice and modern clinic, where we felt comfortable from the very first moment. All the personnel is very friendly, we had luck to have Nada as our coordinator. She was always very attentive and patient, answered all out questions and provided all necessary details. Communication per e-mail as well as in the clinic was in a very professional way. Of course, a special ‘Thank you’ for the doctors, who took time to understand possible reasons and select the best ways for the treatment.

My experience with Gynem has been a very positive one. Our satisfaction comes from many factors: the coordinator has always been helpful, prompt, very responsive to all of our needs, curiosities and queries; the clinic is very professional and their results are indeed more successful than the average and we have always felt encouraged and aided through our journey. Prices are affordable and services impeccable. We will collaborate with Gynem again.

I am keeping well, thank you. I am 20 weeks pregnant this week, halfway through. We have been told we having a girl. Our experience with you was absolutely brilliant. Every question I had you answered fully, confidently and there was no long waiting for an answer. You made me feel so relaxed and confident in you at this challenging times for us. You helped me to sort out my hotels and transfers from airport and to the clinic that was a great wait off my mind. You went above and beyond. I am very happy about my experience with a Gynem Clinic as everything went smoothly and they fitted me in as and when I needed. Every procedure been explained to me fully and all the staff members were very nice and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic and use them again.

My husband and I decided to try Gynem after two failed IVF attempts in the UK. We had a very good experience and our coordinator was extremely helpful. The trip to Prag was well organised and I felt in good hands at all times. Now I am 13 weeks pregnant and this would not be possible without this clinic. Thanks for the email and am glad to leave feedback. The experience we have had since our initial consultation back in Dec 2020 till the transfer was great. Covid delayed the process but we got there eventually. Janina, you have been our contact point throughout the whole process and for us you have been the face for Gynem and I cannot thank you enough for your support, communication and speedy response to all our queries. There were times where I had made contact with you outside your working hrs and you have always responded to me- that to us is exceptional and you have gone above and beyond in looking after us. The process for the IVF has been detailed and thorough, from Dr, embryologist and from all other members of staff. Thank you all.

You helped me with everything that I needed. From coming off the plane there was someone waiting to take me to my hotel which made everything so easy. In the morning of course u were there waiting to take me to the clinic making me feel comfortable and safe. The clinic did an amazing job to look after me. The nurses always checked in after the procedure was done. I know it was not the best outcome for me having to remove the balloon within the week but talking to you and Milan it was the best solution for me as I was just feeling more sick and had no energy to carry on. All in all I would like to thank you and the team at the clinic and if ever I was to need anything else I would definitely come back to you. I would like to recommend you to friends and family.

The problems with fingers of my right hand had been gradually worsening. A minor complication had evolved into a serious problem for me. Finally, the operation was inevitable. I had expected demanding and prolonged rehabilitation and the reality proved to be a cheering surprise. The medical team lead by Robert Tomáš, M.D., Ph.D. was really professional. Thanks to them, I was able to perform common activities within a few days and I fully recovered in three weeks. I can warmly recommend this doctor to you.

I had been facing problems with carpal tunnel syndrome for 20 years and it was not before coming across the references on endoscopic operations performed by doctor Tomáš that I decided for the surgeries, having both hands operated within a year. The pain and tingling disappeared instantly, the post-operative discomfort could be managed by one single dose of paracetamol. I still have a minor swelling of one of my hands but became capable of performing minor chores after a week and doing almost anything within a month. The operation only took an hour, including all the pre-op and post-op procedures. Very amiable approach and atmosphere.

In September 2020, I underwent the carpal tunnel operation of my left hand, followed by the operation of my right hand in December of the same year. I would gladly recommend the same to anyone who doesn’t wish to miss his or her time at work. The operation took place on Friday and I was back at work the next Tuesday. No more is needed after such an operation than being somewhat careful with oneself. Robert Tomáš, M.D., Ph.D. and his nurses are highly professional, no doubt. Thank you so much for the relief!

I had been ignoring tingling in my left hand while driving a car for a long time. It was only after pain and weakness of my right hand, in which I hold the microphone while singing, had appeared that I started to collect information about carpal tunnel syndrome. Despite my fear of the operation, I committed myself to the hands of Robert Tomáš, M.D., Ph.D.In a very short time, I underwent the endoscopic operation of my right hand – painlessly, to my surprise! I took it for granted that my left hand would also require the same operation but dr. Tomáš told me: “Let’s wait – sometimes the less affected hand recovers spontaneously after the more affected hand has been operated…” and he was right. Since then, I feel no pain at all. And it has been a long time, really. Thus, I would gladly recommend the endoscopic operation to anyone!
