Im good really nervous waiting but feeling good which is the main thing! I will of course keep you updated with the results as soon as I hear.
The weather in Ireland is as mixed as ever – nice one minute and raining the next and yes I’d love to be in Prague enjoying the sunshine , it’s one of the most beautiful cities that I have visited.
In relation to my experience with the clinic I have absolutely no issues what so ever , the clinic is so modern , hygienic and everybody is so professional and friendly. I would recommend and have done to my family or friends to go here rather than any clinic in Ireland , I just feel they are superior versus my experience’s in Ireland. (and I had a few!)
Lucie , I can honestly say that there is nobody I would rather have dealt with from beginning to end. You are the warmest friendliest professional person I could have wished to deal with and I can never thank you enough. You were always there with such a speedy reply even at times when I felt like I was stalking you with queries  but you never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions or sending too many mails and I can’t thank you enough or stress how much I appreciated it!
I also thought the perk of picking us up at the airport to take us to our hotel and collecting us for our 1st appointment was fantastic. It really took out any additional stress after arriving in a strange city. I have absolutely not a negative thing to say and I just hope the next time I’m writing to you is with fantastic news, fingers crossed.

I’m October 2015 my husband and I began our search for donor egg treatment outside of the UK. We viewed a lot of clinics online including ‘Gynem’ in Czech Republic. I used the online chat tool to speak to the international consultant and she was very helpful and sent the information I needed immediately. 

We had such a positive experience at gynem, we found it to be the very opposite of the treatment we received on the NHS in the uk. They have a one cycle fits all policy.. Gynem on the other hand, allowed us to have donor embryos on stand by, then change to a donor cycle when we arrived in Prague. As patients we felt our views and feelings were heard and taking into consideration during the whole process.

I wanted to express how wonderful, accommodating, and kind Gynem clinic and staff have been.

Coming from Ireland, We were hesitant about travelling abroad for fertility treatment, but after a lot of online searching we found GYNEM, their prices, success rate are so much better than doing this at home. From first contact with Gynem, we were given an overseas co-ordinator who helps with everything that is needed to fly to Prague for IVF. Ours was Zita Strakova, she was amazing and helped us from start to finish, she made us feel comfortable about travelling abroad, she keeps you completely up to date with all that goes on from egg retrieval to implantation etc. I could not fault the staff/Doctors at Gynem they were lovely people and their English was great, which was a worry of ours from the outset. We are home now and waiting for hopefully good news in the next couple of weeks, thank you Zita and the Gynem staff for everything you done for us at this stressful time of our lives and making it less stressful.. 

My partner and I are very happy with the service. Everyone at the clinic is polite and friendly. Having an English speaking coordinator is essential for us. It’s a daunting experience e and we found it really useful being able to email the coordinator with any concerns and received a prompt response.

I can honestly recommend this clinic to anyone who is still wondering. We are from Poland but we are constantly living in Ireland . And there was no problem for us to go to Prague.T he clinic is very clean and modern. Staff is very nice. Very helpful, caring and professional. Our coordinator Jana is great. No problem with communication. She always respond quickly and efficiently to our emails and really give us great support. There were no problems to communicate in English. We are after the transfer and now we are waiting, but we are good at thinking. Thank you all for what you did for us so far.

Hana, thank you for everything, you been a great coordinator through all this process and we appreciate all your help , so now we just have to pray that we get a positive result from our transfer, I will let you know when we test, take care.

We were very happy with the service we received from the clinic but more so our co coordinator Hana. From the first Skype consultation to arriving in Prague, Hana was available at all hours to answer any queries and give us information via email and telephone. We had trouble with getting drugs in the UK and Hana was on hand to quickly and efficiently send drugs and prescriptions to us. We found the whole process was easy and not stressful at all..which I wasn’t expecting. The collection from the airport and to the clinic was amazing as it took stress out of the travelling and when we were already apprehensive we found it to be a brilliant service. Hana was at the clinic each time we were there and explained further what would happen and translate anything that was required, which she then followed up with emails to make sure we understood all instructions clearly. The clinic was clean and modern, the treatment we received from everyone was good. The only downside we found was due to egg collection on Saturday – the clinic is closed on Sunday so no update and was well into Monday afternoon before we had any update on fertilisation. It would have limited the anxiety if we had of been contacted earlier on the Monday morning but other than this I have no criticism. Fingers crossed we won’t have to go through Ivf again but if we do I will definitely use this company and clinic again in the future. Thanks for all your help.

We have had a great experience with Gynem Fertility Clinic and Medical travel Czech Republic. The process was much easier than we expected thanks to our co-ordinator Janina, she was very nice and helpful and made our stay in Prague so much less stressful, she even ordered our taxis to and from the clinic for us! The Gynem staff were nice and friendly and spoke good English too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend gynem and medical travel to anyone thinking of travelling to Prague for IVF treatment.

At 37 years old I had one failed attempt of IVF in Edinburgh & two miscarriages from natural conception. From this process I was informed I had low AMH and my best chance of falling pregnant would be to use a donor egg. However as I already have a daughter I was not eligible to join the UK waiting list for a donor & could only have the treatment here if I knew someone willing to donate their eggs. I thought I’d run out of options. Unknown to me at the time my cousin & his fiancé who had had 6 miscarriages had researched all the fertility clinics in Europe & had attended Gynem & were 5 months pregnant with twins using an egg donor when they visited me just after my miscarriage. They spoke so highly of Jana, the clinic & the process that I reached out & emailed Jana to discuss options.

I would just like to say how brilliant Gynem fertility clinic is, we had our first IVF treatment with them and I am currently pregnant. I was a little apprehensive about going abroad at first but I needn’t have been the clinic made it so easy for us and reassured us all the way I would not hesitate to use them again and couldn’t fault them, especially Jana she was amazing and would like to thank her for all her help. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is wanting to have IVF.

We have had a very positive experience with Richard at Medical Travel and Gynem clinic.  Richard was very helpful with our initial queries on Gynem as a clinic and did not come across as pushy.  He provided the right level of information to us which was very helpful.

Please accept my feedback that we found everything about our experience to be great. The travel was not difficult, and the clinic staff were senstitive and clearly experts in fertility. We thought you were always very considerate and understanding especially with all our constraints on travel dates.  Overall it was excellent and we are very excited about our great result.

We have had very good in Praha. Praha is a beautiful city. It was really nice to meet you at the clinic. We were very pleased with you and the others in the clinic. I was very pleased with everything you did for us, those in the clinic do a wonderful job, finally I have to thank you all the ones have helped us with that process so my wife is waiting to take a blood test soon i hope there will be a weeping child.
