This is my last night in the hotel so happy to give you some feedback.

My experience with Medical Travel Czech Republic was nothing but AMAZING. I would personally like to thank Richard Kvech for helping me throughout the whole process! He has answered ALL my questions from beginning till the end. And has always been flexible to my wishes! I loved the fact that I can write an email anytime and I would get a quick reply. This made me trust Medical Travels even more, which is very important for clients traveling to a different country to undergo a surgery.

I had a very good experience with Medical Travel Czech, you always took the time to reply to my emails within 1 or 2 days and even to call me to make sure I knew what to expect and that I would be very well prepare for the surgery. Also, I did really appreciate the fact that you send me few links of hotel where I could stay not far from the clinic. Everyone was really nice and friendly from you to the doctor and the nurses so I felt in a trustworthy and safe environment.

The entire process went smoothly.  On the day of my procedure, I was picked up in a taxi and taken to the clinic where my upper and lower eyelid surgery was going to take place.  The clinic was just what one would expect.  The reception and waiting area was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere.  I had a consultation with the doctor who performed the surgery and a little later on I was taken to the operating room.

I was thoroughly satisfied with both the clinic and the representation that was afforded to me upon my visit. The minute I arrived I was accommodated professionly and the treatment I recieved was excellent from the doctor to the nurses. The clinic itself was superb and the staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in. To anyone who is skeptical of recieving treatment in prague or indeed this particular clinic then I can assure you it is beyond reproach and it is worth it. I recieved rhinoplasty treatment at this clinic and it was the best thing I have ever done. Thank you very much martina for you your gracious custom. 

I’m home and feeling so much better thanks, only been a week and my wounds are healing great. I’m so glad I had my surgery done with yourselves, lovely, clean place and couldn’t of got better care any where else. Thanks again for all your help!

I cant recommend medical travel Czech and iscare enough. Medical travels Jana held my hand through the whole experience. The surgery I had was first class id go back in an heart beat. I’m so glad I chose to go the Prague to have my tummy tuck instead of the uk.

I am absolutely delighted with my eye’s and so is Steve.  For the first time in my life I have eyelids that I can put eye shadow on and it can be seen. Within in two weeks we are nearly back to normal. Just a little bit of numbness on the top lids and in the corners. I’m getting lots of comments from people saying you look different, what have you done! my secret.

I am very well thank you and my ears are healing really well and my stitches have been removed.

Zita I would like to start by saying a big thank you for all your dealings with my visit to Prague from the very first phone conversation when I enquired about surgery to the last conversation at the clinic, Your arrangements for the chauffeur driven car collecting me and my wife from the airport was what set my mind at ease and you meeting us outside the clinic was a nice touch, The clinic was absolutely spot on, 5* and professional all the way, I left their feeling great and knowing that money was well spent, I was very happy with Prague it is a very lovely clean city and friendly people everywhere, The airport was brilliant I had a very pleasant flight and only took just over the hour to travel, I would recommend Medical Travel Czech Republic to anyone who is thinking of having any type of surgery done, There are some people who are worried about going abroad to places like Czech Republic for cosmetic surgery but I would like to say to them don’t be, If you look around as I did and do your homework, Look at the history and feedback given, Medical Travel was my option and I will be using them again. I was looking at plastic surgery clinics to get some work done in Czech.  I wasn’t which sure what direction to take so I decided to go through Medical Travel.  Very soon after I emailed Medical Travel, Martina Krucka emailed me back.  She asked what I was looking to get done.  I told her and sent her pictures of my problem areas and she contacted clinics on my behalf.  The clinics responded to my requests through Martina and Martina passed the prices back to me.  I picked the Brandeis clinic.  Martina worked with me setting up a date for the procedures.  She was my go to woman anytime I had questions.  I appreciate all the help that she gave me!  On the day of the surgery she picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Brandeis clinic.  She stayed with me until it was time for the surgery.  Her English is great so I had someone to talk to while I waited.

Erika was fantastic you have a valuable member of staff there. She was professional, informative & kind. She made me feel that no question was too much trouble for her to answer. Also she helped me back from the clinic after my surgery which she didn’t have to.

Can I just say that by booking through your company, Medical Travel Czech, was the best decision I have made in regards to the specific requirements I had. The service I received through the whole process has been nothing short of first class. I felt very relaxed and comfortable knowing that I had the full support of you and all the services you provided. The recommendation to use Brandeis Clinic was an excellent choice and I will go there again if I need to. I have already made recommendations to friends and family and told them to ask for you as you have helped me so much. Once again thanks for everything and I hope to use you and your company soon!

From my very first email to Martina until my discharge from the clinic I was totally impressed with the service offered. Martina made sure that I was well informed every step of the way. She answered all my email even when they ask the same questions that I asked in earlier emails.

I am from England and went to the clinic in Prague for laser treatment. My liaison was Richard who helped me to organise my procedure. I saved myself a lot of money and had a city break at the same time. I would definitely recommend the clinic.

I have had a wonderful experience in Prague, the staff at the clinic have been extremely fabulous and have looked after very well, jana my assistant has been fantastic, love her!
I am still in the clinic, but far as am aware the surgery has went well and my surgeon DR Vasek took great care he’s excellent A TOP MAN, made me feel safe I felt no worries as we spoke very openly and were clear on everything.

I am very pleased with your surgery, I had rhinoplasty and everything went well, quickly and comfortable way. All people were very nice,
polite and professional. My nose looks a lot different and better, its still a little bit swollen, but I hope it goes away soon. Doctor talked everything how I should take care of it later and calmed me down because I was very anxious. I have asthma and hayfever, but anaesthesia went well without any problems.I hope my nose appearance gets better with time and sensitivity goes away.

What started off as a stressful start to my trip, having missed my flight, was gradually ameliorated by the overall enjoyable stay & experience I had in Prague.
