BREAST SURGERY – BREAST ENHANCEMENT

Our surgeons bring to you various types of breast surgeries. Breast augmentation, breast enhancement, breast modelling, breast reduction, fat transfer to breasts and male breast surgery are the most popular treatments among our clients. Each procedure has the common purpose of improving the breast shape- which naturally changes with age- or simply to increase self-esteem and the confidence of the patient. Breast surgery is carried out under general anaesthesia and requires hospitalisation for 1 – 2 days.

BREAST ENLARGEMENT (AUGMENTATION, ENHANCEMENT)

Breast enlargement / Breast enhancement surgery is performed under general anaesthesia and requires 1-2 hours in the operating room. We use only the highest quality silicone implants from brands Eurosilicone, Polytech, Mentor, Motiva and Nagor which have rounded or anatomical (tear drop) shape.  The implant is inserted into a 3-4 cm long incision located in the crease below the breast or around the nipple. We usually increase breast sizes by 1 or 2 numbers. We are happy to order custom implants for you with sizes 800cc and bigger.

BREAST LIFT / MODELING

Breast lift / modelling is suitable for women with a sagging breasts and reduces the elasticity of the skin. A breast lift restores a more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. By removing excess skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple into a more forward position, a plastic surgeon creates natural looking breasts. The incision is made around the nipple. In the case of larger breasts, an anchor-shaped scar is made around the nipple and below it. Breast modelling can be combined with breast implants or breast reduction surgery. Breast lift surgery does not significantly change the size of your breasts. Breast lift surgery is done under general anaesthesia.

BREAST REDUCTION

Breast reduction is a cosmetic surgery that reduces the size and weight of large breasts. By removing excessive breast tissue, fat and skin, a plastic surgeon makes the breasts smaller and lighter. The scar is circular around the nipple, in case of larger breasts in the shape of an anchor. Breast reduction surgery is done under general anaesthesia.

GYNECOMASTIA

Gynecomastia refers to the increse in size of male breast tissue and is caused by an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and testosterone.  Male breast reduction surgery removes excess fat and glandular tissue to restore a flatter, firmer and more masculine contour to the chest area. Incisions are located around the nipple and with larger breasts within the armpit. The gynecomastia can be treated with liposuction. More severe cases of gynecomastia require surgical tissue excision to achieve the best looking results.

FAT TRANSFER TO BREASTS

Here we can see a more natural approach to surgery, without the use of silicon. This is procedure that is minimally-invasive. No monstrous scars, no hard breasts that will not move, no unnaturally high-pitched round implants which are outlined. This method of minimally-invasive plastic surgery is absolutely revolutionary, in that it uses the fat from ones own body to increase the sizes of the breasts.

Fat transfer to breasts is suitable for women with a fuller breasts who want to increase their breast size by one half to one size and who have sufficient fat deposits. 

Firstly, the client will undergo liposuction. After the fat is removed it gets reshaped and manipulated in a special device and then it is applied directly to the chest. The size of breasts will become smaller during the healing process as the fat is absorbed. Recovery after breast augmentation with one’s own fat is only a few days. You will not have complications in the form of unpleasant dressing and removal of stitches, as it is a gentle treatment, and the outcome is completely natural. 

A bandage is applied to the breasts after the surgery. On the following day, the doctor removes the drains from the breasts and the cuts are sealed up by a patch that is left in place for 14 days. After two weeks the patients can remove the patches from the cuts themselves in case they cannot come for the re-bandaging. The stitches are absorbent, and they do not need to be removed. An elastic bra or special vest is worn for 4 weeks after the surgery. Pressure massages are recommended for the scars 18 days after the surgery several times per day. The patient should remain as relaxed as possible and rest for two weeks after, and office work is possible straight afterwards. Sport activities or heavy physical activities are not recommended for period of 4 weeks from surgery.
